Emergency Documents

In event of emergency the two documents below are designed to provide guidance. The Emergency Responder Manual, prepared by the Santa Clara County ARES organization, is divided into two major sections. The first part introduces ARES and includes equipment that should be set aside for emergencies. The second part is a quick reference for each assignment that you might be given while working with ARES/RACES.

The second document, the Emergency Plan, was prepared by the Mountain View ARES organization and describes procedures, resources, contact persons, and activation procedures to be followed.
