We created this course map to show where all of our operators would be stationed. It shows the operator's first name and call sign, and the abbreviation for the tactical call for the stations (e.g., Water Stop One is WS 1 and Gordon, KM6I is stationed there).

We arrive and check our equipment.
Brian (Net Control) prepares 214 & 309 forms.
Rick (scribe) and Brian make preparations
We gather for the briefing.
Everyone does a radio check.
Leslie watches Kevin sign the 211 form.
Matthew and Leslie study the map to choose a station for him.
Tim (at right) was the bike sweep for the 10K course. Ed and Kurt wait while Sonali tests her radio.
Yinan was bike sweep for the 5K walk.
Jared was bike sweep for the 5K run.
Sonali waits for the first runners at the First Turn station.
Kelley is ready for runners and walkers at the Walk Split station.
Jeff is at the Walk Turn station.
Gordon is at Water Stop One.
Benedict watches 5K and 10K runners coming and going at the 5K/10K split.
Benedict's bike is well-equipped for writing bib numbers and times of passing runners.
Guillaume was alone (no flaggers) at the North West turn, and pointed the way for the first 10K runners as well as reporting bib numbers.
The first 10K runner passes Tim's station at Water Stop Two.
The last 10 K runners pass Water Stop Two.
Matthew watched for runners at Mile Marker Three.
Kevin was at the South West Turn.
Nigel worked Water Stop Three. Guillaume joins him after the race.
Kurt waited patiently for the first 10K runners to make it to the U-Turn.
Tim joins Rick and Brian at the Command Post after the race ends.
We signed out on the 211.
